*We discourage individual bookings made directly through the cruise line. When registering directly through our AAA Group Department we can coordinate and manage all of your booking, travel and hotel arrangements ensure smooth sailing for you. Should you choose to book your cruise directly through Celebrity, the Conference Registration Fee is $799.

Above pricing includes:
• 7 Night Cruise Accommodations in selected category
• Shipboard meals and entertainment
• All applicable taxes and fees
• Travel Insurance to cover cost of cruise package and conference fee ($399.)

Bring A Buddy Promotion!
For any nurse who has previously attended a CE’s At Sea conference cruise… Bring a nurse buddy who has never attended our conferences, and you will receive $100 cash per buddy!!! There is no limit to the number of nurse “buddies” that you may bring with you!!! So spread the word…and earn you “Sea” cash!

Important Conference Registration Information
• For best pricing book now! Cruise line pricing subject to increase as ship reaches capacity.
• Cabin Assignments are made at time of booking.
• Each person traveling will receive an individual invoice from AAA.
(Individuals invoiced on a per person basis.)
• All participants advised to fly into port city, one day prior to the sailing date.
• Cabin assignments for a small groups within our group consisting of 2 or more cabins can be made as soon as deposits are received on on each cabin in the group.
(2 or more can be reserved close together as soon as we have received deposits for each person in the group.)
• A passport is required.
• When ship has reached full reservation capacity, CE’s At Sea will place all Conference Registrations on a waiting list.
• For initial registration click the above link  “Conference Registration.” No credit card needed. We will contact you within 2 – 3 business days.
Please complete the text box entitled “Best day and time to call you?” to facilitate your registration process.
• Cancellation Fees: All bookings are subject to $150 CE’s At Sea cancellation fee after 3/17/2012. Cruise line penalties may also apply after 3/17/2012.
• 30 contact hours are offered on this conference. 12 Contact Hours are offered on board, during our 3 conference sessions. An additional 18 contact hours on the nursing topics of your choice, can be completed online with Elite Education after attending our conference.

CE’s At Sea will provide you with:
• A confirmation of your conference registrations.
• A personalized reimbursement letter to assist you in receiving (getting) financial support from your employer.
• A(n) paid in full invoice for your conference fee.
• Travel insurance information.

Once Registration Process Has Been Completed AAA will provide you with:
1. The BEST airfare rates available. You can book your air through AAA or with the carrier of your choice.
2. Assistance in making your hotel arrangements. Remember you can always extend your vacation either before or after the conference cruise.
3.  An invoice for final payment due on March 17, 2012 and your travel insurance information.
